Shipping
Our custom 3d printed figure is manufactured in South Korea and shipped to you directly via EMS (an international postal Express Mail Service). You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your tracking information.
Shipping charge is free if your order subtotal before tax is more than USD $200. All orders under USD $200 ship for a flat rate USD $10.
Depending on which state you live in, a sales tax may be assessed on the shipping charge.

Order Cancellation
Our customized figures can be cancelled without any penalty if 3d modeling has not been approved by customer yet.
Your order are not accepted canceling since you approve our 3d modeling. We will proceed manufacturing process.

Exchange
We will re-produce your figure if there is a problem or damaged during shipping.
Please contact us at info@oneandone3d.com. Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Return
Unfortunately, our customized figures are not refundable. Most of our items are customized on an individual case. That means the customized figure is only for you and it is not available to resale.
Our non-customized items can be refunded. When the refund is approved, shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. The credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take some time since the refund approved.
